What to report
- A factual statement, fee note or rule is out of date
- An internal link, source, calculator or mobile feature is broken
- The English and Chinese pages no longer say the same thing
- You found an impersonation page, phishing page or other security issue
- You have a directly relevant topic suggestion
What to include
Include the full page URL, the sentence in question, your proposed correction and a source that can be checked publicly. Redact account numbers, identity documents, codes and balances from screenshots. Never send a password, code, private key, seed phrase or KYC file.

This site does not provide personalized investment, tax or legal advice and does not register, operate or recover an account for you. For platform issues, use a support route on a site whose address you checked yourself. For urgent fraud or fund-safety cases, contact the appropriate local authority as well.
Security reports
Use the same email and include reproduction steps and affected pages where possible. Do not attach sensitive exploit material to an initial message. The published security contact is also available in security.txt.
